Dear Partners & Families,

We are excited to bring you the new Spring/Summer 2022 Community Health Team flyer including our IWK Parenting Programs!

Registration is easy!  Open the electronic version of the flyer attached to this email.   For most programs, click on “Click Here” in the program description and you will be taken to the registration page for that program.  For a few programs, there will be other information on how to register in the program description. 

Program registration is required.  You must be a resident of Nova Scotia, be 18 years of age or older, with a valid NS health card number to register.  For parenting programs, have your child’s health card available to register.  As always, all programs and services are FREE!

In addition, we have provided a poster specifically highlighting the Parenting Programs.

WELLNESS NAVIGATION via phone or Zoom for Healthcare
Navigation is available to residents of the greater Halifax area with a valid NS health card.  Wellness navigation offered by healthcare professionals can help families connect to available resources in their community and online.
