Administration of Medication at School

It is expected that parents/guardians will make every effort to arrange for medications to be administered outside school.  When it is necessary for medication/medical intervention to be administered while a student is at school you must complete - Administration of Medications/ Authorization and Administration of Medication Record (attached) before dropping off medication. Please do not send any medications to school with your child. Parents/guardians are requested to drop off or pick up medications at the front door. Please call when you arrive and we will meet you.
